I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The hotel has a lovely quiet atmosphere with beautiful surroundings, and the room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the relaxing vibe, but my experience with some staff left a bad taste, particularly a couple of awkward encounters with one of the cafe employees. Additionally, while the pool area was nice, I felt the dining options could be improved, especially when it came to responding to guest feedback.

I had a fantastic stay at Bali Palms Resort in Candidasa, which is much quieter than other parts of Bali, making it an incredibly relaxing experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though a bit dated. The spa treatments were top-notch, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. It’s easy to get around, and the local snorkeling was a highlight. Just be aware that if you're not up for exploring, you might miss out on some amazing nearby attractions.
